I approach APs with the same trepidation as I would taking a drug like Ecstacy. Which is why I've never taken Ecstasy come to think about it. Just imagine all the horror stories War On Drugs scare-mongerers could generate with video clips like that... NMS is so rare you'd be *very* unlucky to get it from low dose sulpiride though. Sulprirde isn't asociated with especially high rates of NMS as far as I know. In fact, I would have thought low doses of sulpiride would be particularly unlikely to cause NMS as it's thought to be due to excess D2 blockade, and sulpride has almost the oppposite effect at the doses you're taking. I had a bit of a temperature on Zyprexa though and wondered the same thing, but nothing came of it.
