Hi Guys,
If any long term Nardil users out there have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS) look at taking 100 to 200mg of B6 as a possible cure. I had serious numbness and pain in my hands and fingers, going up my forearms. Three doctors later and about a $2000 dollar bill I had a pair of splints and a recomendation of surgery. I was diagnosed by a nerve conduction study as having moderate to severe CTS.Then I looked at some of the back blogs in Babble, plus the Internet and PubMed. I thought, what the heck, and began taking 100mg of B6. The RDA for adult men is 2mg. But some of the studies used 200mg with no harm. In just a few days almost all of the numbness and pain had gone away. After a couple of weeks, my severe CTS is 95% better.
Kind of one of those miricle drugs that actually work. Don't let them cut on you without trying this first.
Take care,
