Coffee is an interruptor in anxiety generated sleep disorders -- its not advised to use it, and if you have to, only a small amount per day.

I've woken up from evening naps with a nervous shaky feeling and my gastrointestinal system upset. Its just my nature. I have a complicated affect disorder (anxiety and depression and somatoform NOS, etc.)

Sometimes not everything comes in a pill. Natural methods of slowly stabilizing the sleep cycle by forcing yourself to go to bed earlier (mea culpa), work much better in the long run.
