You've only just stopped one medication. Why not stick it out with the Wellbutrin until Tuesday? It could be that you'll feel better once the Adderall is out of your system. Why not give it a chance?
See, that's something I have trouble wtih -- I'll think, "Gee, I have to stop this medication RIGHTTHISVERYMINUTE!" Only, if I do that prematurely, I don't get a chance to see if the medication in question would actually work. It's something I remind myself of constantly when starting a new medication.
So, that's my thought on the subject... I hope it helps.
