I'm really hoping to make Abilify work because I don't really have any options left for depression anymore. How about l-dopa, or amantadine? (BTW, I take 4mg of clonazepam and if that helps, I can't tell.)

Some dystonias do respond¨to L-dopa, and amantadine may also be useful. However, they probably don't do much to improve pain in general. Have you tried tramadol? It may be useful for depression as well as the pain.
