I initially posted this in psychology but I think it merits a mention in here too, not everyone goes into psychology.
***THERE IS A TRIGGER WARNING ON THE WEB PAGE***, and don't call the phone numbers unless you're in Australia.I missed this the other night and I could have kicked myself, thankfully you can stream it online. I just watched the work shop part, for people without mental illness. They make them wear head phones to simulate schizophrenia, voices etc.. and then give them tasks to do, it's very interesting so far, they are having trouble coping but they are seeing it from the other side.
Well, I finished watching it and found it very inspirational for people with and without mental illness. It is very open, honest, raw, funny and sad. Bit of a roller coaster ride really. I commend all the people who agreed to be filmed.
Some people might not be in a good place at the moment to watch it, in regards to suicide and cutting etc... but if you suffer from schizophrenia, or any mental illness, it's not a bad way to show people who don't understand your diagnosis to gain some insight into your disorder.

I had a little trouble streaming it at times, but I just put it down to being a mac user.
