This is my first post so hi to everybody who's ready it!
I've been reading avidly about people experiences with nardil on this site, can't find much anywhere else on the internet. I've read about how the most effective dosage is 1mg for every 1kg you weigh which gives 80% enzyme inhibition. And i know all that stuff about how everybody acts differnelty to drugs some need higher, some lower dosages and it's best to take as lower dose as possible that does the job. anyways i'm eyeballing the figure 60mg or 75mg to be the best for me (I weigh 80kg). i'm on 30mg at the moment at the doc wants me to stay on it for 4-6 weeks and only then if i show no improvement will he increase it by 15mg. it's frustrating to me as i'm sure even 45mg won't do anything much for me. so i gotta be unemployed for another 8-12 weeks before i'm even on 60mg and then it will probably take a couple for months to kick it good :( so all up i'm looking down the barrel of at least 5 months. wtf!? does this sound way to slow to be getting up and going on 60mg?! however titrating the dose up so slowly will probably give me less side effects i'm guessing.
Anyways your thoughts on most effective dosages (what worked best for you) and titration time (how long it took you to get to that dosage) and any other thoughts would be very nice to hear.
