I don't think Wellbutring elevates prolactin, but Effexor almost certainly does. Hyperprolactinemia may be associated with delayed or absent menstruation and infertility, but that is temporary and would resolve upon resolution of the condition, which in the case of drug-induced hyperprolactinemia would entail cessation of the drug.
