Caffeine has many effects, some of which raise blood pressure and some of which lower it, so depending on which effects predominate, it may worsen the hypotension. It's probably better to drink the salt water instead.
All of the medications you listed, including the sedatives and Geodon (an alpha1-adrenergic antagonist) have the potential to lower blood pressure.
As for the nausea, it's probably related to the hypotension. I recall that when I had hypotensive attacks and was blacking out, I also got rather severe nausea (but fortunately no vomiting), which lasted for a while even after brain circulation was restored (by sitting down). I'm not sure about the precise mechanism.
