Tianeptine (Stablon, Coaxil) and Anesthesia

hi!

i've been taking stablon (Tianeptine, Coaxil) for ten days and recently found out i need to schedule a "wide area incision" surgery to remove a small melanoma on my thigh. ugh.

the stablon packet included a warning about taking this medication and anesthesia. can anyone out there give me more information on this?
