this is scary! I just started Lamictal because of seizures with mania. My wonderful former neurologist retired. New neuro' thinks Depakote is "old hat" and can cause dizziness, forgetfulness & essential tremor (I have in my neck & sometimes hands). Before diag. (mostly manic end of bipolar & OCD), I'd go into rage fits like my father & grandmother did. Awful. I absolutely do not want that again. I've been great for the last 12 years on a combo of Depakote, Seroquel & xanax. I was frustrated w/the Katherine Hepburn type head shaking but would rather have that than rages! Has anyone out there had Good results with Lamictal?
