There's too much with yeast added for flavour, unknown amino acids and things in mock food, soy this and that -- I wouldn't risk it for me at all, it could be a hospital case.
As for your case, if you are, that's something that you have to discuss with your doctor if you have tried all other antidepressants including stimulants and tricyclics and other random older things and combinations.
