Yes; I had dental surgery around three weeks ago, and I am on Parnate. No problem. I have even had surgery while on Parnate. They just need to know about it so they don't give you certain drugs that would be really bad for you. Anesthesioloists know what is okay, and what is not. With oral surgery, they would know too. I was not knocked out, just local anesthetic. I had a tooth break off from ECT, and they tried to put the cap back on, but it would not stay, and so I had basically no tooth except in and under the gum, and I had developed an awful absess. So, I had to have that drained too plus stitches, etc. Not pleasant, but I survived the ordeal while continuing with Parnate.
