Vicodin ok for pain with other meds

Hello.

I'm on a daily dose of zoloft and klonopin.

I've had a tooth removed (FUN!).

I was prescribed vicodin for the pain but I'm paranoid about adding vicodin. Should I be or am I being overly paranoid?

Seems like alot of meds.
