Low on meds

Hello!

I take zoloft (200mg a day) each morning. I have 200mg left but don't see my doc for a refill until Thursday night.

Should I take 200 today and skip tomorrow
or
Take 100 today and 100 tomorrow
or
Does it really matter :-)
