Well there are lots of reasons, your feelings about the medication, which could make you less hungry, or just simply a matter of chance.
Speaking of your feelings, you have posted "Day 10" of the medication, which I agree is important to note how long you've been on a medication roughly -- but its just my personal opinion that it could also be creating clozapine as the only focus.
Have you ever thought of putting these "days" in a journal, more about your feelings, your emotional feelings, how you feel about life, your hopes, and perhaps then there might be --- again I'm not being naive -- less of a focus on the medication itself.
