No, not at all. Antipsychotics like Zyprexa are perfectly fine to take with MAOIs like Nardil. The Lamictal is fine too.

Not necessarily. As long as you monitor to make sure you don't get manic/hypomanic. (May be a good idea to add a mood stabilizer.)
