The problem is there's no one answer for that question. Effectiveness is very individual.Since you're stopping Cymbalta, I'm guessing it didn't work out for you? If you say something about the problem you had with it, that would help in guessing which of these might be most helpful for you.
All the SRIs cause apathy for me, but of that list the sertraline was the least unpleasant for me. I never took citalopram, but did take escitalopram, which was the worst of the SRIs for me.
Have you asked your doctor what he/she thinks might be helpful?
