I wish I knew. The same thing happened to me.
My best guess is that the wonderful feeling is actually mild to moderate hypomania, which is a common startup side effect of WB.
Or, if you are like me and this happens with other ADs, too, it might be something to do with how quickly you metabolize drugs. Which has to do with weight, metabolic rate, current levels of neurotransmitters, etc.
Others on this site, I'll bet, though, could give a much more technical explanation.
