Glad for you.. I wish I would found something that work great without those awful side effects.
I know our wonderful friend bleauberry suffered this problem on Ixel, bad enough that he cannot take it. I think he was going to see if flomax would help. I was reading about men who take straterra frequently experience urinary hesitancy and found relief (ha ha) with flomax.

Bethanechol is another one to look at. Both those usually doesn't help much for erection, anorgasmia, low libido and genital anesthesia. "found relief" lol yes.. as someone who suffered also from bad urinary retention I can tell you "found relief" is an understatement!
