Yes. It is like forcing the neuron to act in the opposite direction it normally does when the receptor is stimulated. Since blocking 5-HT2a receptors has a mind-clearing and pro-executive effect, I imagine an inverse agonist might have a more pronounced effect.
Acting as a dopamine receptor partial agonist in the limbic system, this drug might have dopamine system stabilization properties similar to Abilify.
