The time I am referring to it got to about 170. When working out, I wear a chest band/watch for cardiac/caloric monitor. It did take a while to rise to that point, but when it got there, I backed off until it came down. That was a few months ago,and I have not had a "good" work out since then--not just because of the HR concern, but because I was traveing for 5 months and just got lazy!!
