I am going to need some time to collect my thoughts. I'm not sure how to answer your questions with enough resolution to make myself understood. Making the three lists helps. Nardil and nortriptyline were partially effective as monotherapy. Adding them together was a no brainer as I had done extremely well on a combination of Parnate and desipramine the first time around. Nortriptyline and Lamictal maintained a mild positive response when added together. Adding Effexor to this helped even more.
Each outcome to different therapies yields information.
My computer crashed yesterday, and I'm still in the process of setting it up again, so I am distracted at the moment.
I'll try to put together a synopsis of decision making later.
