I would say a small line is unrelated. Is it bumpy/splotchy -- probably seborrheic dermatitis caused by acne or some other thing.
It would have to be a larger rash to be of significance.
The sulprides do have "sulfur" in their molecules, hence the name probably, so just like sulfa drugs they can cause a rash rarely, but not a serious one and anaphylactic reaction like sulfa drugs (which are still used in some situations, having mostly been bypassed by the advent of penicillin).
