Tardive psychosis, a not yet completely proven disorder of dopamine hypersensitivity after years of treatment with antipsychotics just can't be attached to a week's worth of Lamictal -- its not affecting those receptors in any appreciable way at all, it is not an antipsychotic.

You may have some extremely rare reaction that could have changed something in your neurotransmitters for some temporary period of time still to be determined, but its hard to see after one week that this occurred.

Yet, I did reveal in a previous thread a very rare reaction to one month of Zyprexa which probably has resulted in some type of Tardive Dystonia in my arms and legs -- muscle tightness -- that is not Tardive Dyskinesia and has more treatments but unfortunately not always remitted :(

> tardive dyskinesia = geodon 20 mg twice (after 3 weeks)

Tardive here again is late in treatment -- that is why it is called tardive. You may have developed some rare neurological disorder that appears to be TD, but it could be some collection of tics (yes, this is projecting, I developed an oral tic after... 6 years of Seroquel... thats a long time and I am very sensitive to some things and I do worry about TD, but I can't occupy my life right now -- I don't know, its too complicated to explain and not relevant to this discussion.)

The only way I can think it can happen in this fashion is because you have been on a whole set of antipsychotics from what I have gathered, over a period of time. Each one, can, not always, be cumulative, and especially if you used to take typicals instead of atypicals, you might have a larger chance. But that could be coincidental to the taking of Geodon for that short period of time -- something could have developed on a typical which carries a much higher risk than atypicals (5%).

I respect your observations and your pain and suffering that you have gone through, and if you think that it is TD, you can call it so. I would really have a neurologists' opinion. And, yes, I did see the video posted by you -- I can't say, I am not a neurologist either.

I would request as a person of the Jewish faith even though I am agnostic, that's irrelevant -- that "neo nazi" and nazi not be use lightly, even though you are probably rightfully mad at what has happened in your life. Too often Nazi this and that is used randomly and it can be offensive and sound Anti-Semitic.
