Buprenorphine

I suffer from Social Phobia, Avoidant Personally Disorder, Dysthemia and Alcohol Dependence. After trying many different meds to no avail I now consider taking Buprenorphine to improve my condition. Do you think this drug is useful in such a case? What dose is used for a opiate naive person? I think I will combine it with Topiramate and Baclofen to stay abstinent from alcohol. I guess taking Buprenorphine + Klonopin is too risky?
