Prozac vs Other SSRIs: Any difference ? plz share

Posted by Marty on October 22, 2008, at 23:07:16

I'm curious to know how 5-HT2c antagonism in Prozac makes it different from other SSRIs. Anyone tried many SSRIs and can see a difference between Prozac and the other ?

Would you characterize this difference please ?

This would be interesting as Agomelatine, a new AD, main mechanism of action is 5-HT2c antagonism (+ melatoninergic agonism)....
