Are You Using Tricyclics along with SSRI's?

Just wondering.....I hear conflicting evidence. Internet sources indicate increase in risk for Serotonin Syndrome, and TCA toxicity. One pharmacist sez no worries while the other sez 'no'. p-doc doesn't know.
