I still don't know why you need to add Namenda, which could cause psychosis or confusion -- its not an innocent drug. It requires deep thought among your doctors.I also don't know why you need to add Trazodone, Desyrel, besides the minor warning about priapisms, does have a bad metabolite mCPP that -theoretically- could activate psychosis in those who have psychotic disorders. Again, something that your doctors would have to give thought to.
At adult doses its also incredibly sedating unless you get used to it which can take a while -- ironically the same reason why people who take it for sleep have to back off a dose and restart again because they get used to it.
I know you're looking for solutions -- I can't blame you, but I think its time that will help you on the antipsychotics, even though you seem to say that they are aggravating your TD, which I did mention abilify would have a possible problem while Seroquel and dare I say Zyprexa with my own experience, and only my own, are lower potency.
