1mg per kg of body weight is a general rule of thumb used for how much nardil to take. personally i couldn't get anywhere near that because of the orthostatic hypotension which kept leaving me in hospital. The hypotension was so bad at even 45 mg that i couldn't get out of bed.. i tried everything to get rid of it from taking salk tablets to eating tyramine rich foods to taking things like pseudoephadrine but nothing worked so i had to give up on nardil after 3 attempts of trying it. It never got any better after 6 months on it.. just lots of blacking out and ending up with very sore heads and broken objects around the house.
