ondansetron fights cocaine tolerance in rats?

out of anyone who has tried it, any note of anything pro-dopaminergic about this drug?

i remember it being proposed as a treatment to tardive movement problems.

is the fight against tardive movement issues related to the fight against "poop out"? (both evaded issues by medicine, industry and research.)

is "poop out" the same mechanism that causes atypical depression, apathy, executive dysfunction, ADHD in many people? tolerance or inappropriate sensitization to ones own normal endogenous dopamine levels?
