Desipramine has been my best antidepressant by far (plus augmenters and a beta blocker to deal with the tachycardia desipramine gives me), although I haven't tried Parnate (which is why I didn't post right away, hoping others who have tried both would say, but, lacking that, I thought I'd chime in about one of the two). I did try a different MAOI, Emsam, and went up to its highest patch size, but didn't feel I was getting enough out of it to put up with the restrictions on food and other meds.
