You don't have to taper Wellbutrin, according to my pdoc (and I have stopped taking it suddenly in the past and it didn't seem to do anything, though use your judgment).

Any SSRI, including Zoloft, should be tapered down. Can you ask your pdoc for a tapering schedule?

Wellbutrin causes anxiety in lots of people. Zoloft can also cause increased anxiety--I have a friend who had severe panic attacks from it.

Keep trying, there are so many med options and something will be the right combo for you.
