The last post is a little bit silly. We are all different. Some people on Nardil will eat cheese, drink red wine, drink a lot of coffee, without any problems. Others will just do an hypersensitive crisis when they take a look (without eating it) at a piece of blue cheese.
Like someone else said before, when you take Nardil, you have to be responsable...Yes, the side effects can maybe more dangerous, but if you eat foods on the list to avoid and take a medecines that cause some interractions, that's your responsability...
Anyway, i'm very pround of you ACE ;-) 12 years...that something... I really happy to see that someone here is doing well on Nardil for such a long time!!! I hope the good effects will continue for you !!!
I'm just at 30mg/day, after 1 week on NArdil and I feel really tired and more anxious, with insomnia problem at night...That's weird...my first experience at 90mg/day for 2 months back in 2007. leave me with a big problem of hypotension...and I take the worst decision of my life, and I quit cold turkey the Nardil...but this time I will take it more longer, and ask for a pills to help with my hypotension ( I do my wishing list of pills I need for my nexst appointment), antidote for an "evantual" hypercrisis" and Trazodone to help me to sleep, just for the time I will up my dosage to 90 mg...With a little bit of luck, I will feel more well in 3 months or so...Maybe I will ask after for something to help with my mood...like Lamictal...just to prevent up and down...you know, feeling good one day, and like sh*t the day after, even if you are not again in a depression...and aparently, a mood stabiliser help to amplify the antidepressants effect and make it more stable...I will see...
So again , happy anniversary! ;-)
