You know what deerock, try and get all yeast out of your diet first, for a few weeks, eat lots of yoghurt, the real stuff, and try some probiotic intestinal flora tabs before you go spending loads of money on a holistic md. Google a candida diet to help you identify what to stay away from and see how you go. Candida can make you feel sluggish and vague but you have to stick to that diet (or foods recommended to consume by it) and steer clear of natural sugars too, like fruit, etc. It might help save you quite a bit of money.
