he does know i do have a very fast metabolism, and drink tons of water on adderall.

Is 60mgs the max for adderall?

I once too an effective dose of 100mgs of ritalin. Another time i took 60mg of ritalin w/ 400mgs of provigil.

I'll see what he says. Just don't want him to think im a junkie.
