How much Provigil do you take? For me 100 mg seemed like an expensive sugar pill and even made me more tired. I went to 400 mg and 600 mg (too much anxiety) and it helped a lot. Talk to your doctor about this if your on a low dose and have him crank it to 400 mg/day. If you show no response, then Provigil may not work for you, then maybe try Concerta as a next step or low dose Adderall XR as a last resort.
