Hey Jerry, been wondering what happened to you, still playing the Cello?

You're been on the Amphetamines what, 8 years now? can you function without taking one? if so try and do so, tolerance DOES go down in time, maybe a couple supplements:

-Magnesium Aspartate
-Vitamine Bs
-Tums (Calcium Carb/Sodium Carb)
-DXM
-Memantine
