> LinkadgeI can't find any evidence for an interaction. Methylphenidate is not metabolized by the P450 cytochrome enzymes, so the SJW induction of 3A4 can't be of any relevance. I did find one paper, a lone case report of a possible reduction in efficacy of methylphenidate by SJW, but there was no abstract, so I can't tell what it said. The decrease in efficacy may have been due to subjective additive effects, rather than an interaction per se.
I would have no hesitation giving it a try.
