>You're not kidding. o_o I believe you; I just don't believe they can put a pharmacist up their equal to a doc. Same thing happened to J happened to me and I said in front of the whole lingering crowd, as loudly as he had just spoken to me, 'This is my doctor's order. You're here to fill what he orders!' (I know. I can get a little radical.)
Finally talked to a sane pharmacist there and he said in a truly sincere manner ... 'no matter who makes an error, be it the doc or us, the finger will be pointed at you' ... which was the way they all wiggled out of this mess.
Yes. I had to have them delivered weekly! Caseworker picked up, counted in front of me like I was a child, and is still doing so w/ one of them. I finally called my doc and told him this was causing me to lose my knowledge of what I am and am not taking.
> So the pharmacist is making problems for us to get our meds. All of a sudden Benzos are on the "problem drug" list and we pay for it.
>This was a benzo, and it was a doc error, btw.
> If the pharmacy is threatened about their livelihood, who are they going to protect, themselves or us?
>I guess the nice pharmacist above just answered you.
I need to call him tonight about another issue that just came up. Daytime pharm is like the one J ran across.
Anyone have a good feeling about a particular chain of pharmacies? I use a 24hr WG.
