According to my pdoc. and others here, in the Internet, Zyprexa and Lithium goes very well, but I think Seroquel is also very effective to Bipolar, not for BP I but BP II. Because, Seroquel is mild side in comparison to the Zyprexa.
As you're experiencing, a lot of Bp folks have a problem of taking the Lithium, particularly 'shaking' that I had at the beginning on it, but went away as times passed-by.
Aside from the Lithium, ... probably other mood-stabilizer, Depokote that I was my very first M.S. upon dx'ed with Bp.
I truly understand your search for a right med. combo. Since I had only few of BP meds. although my case is severe form, Rapid-Cycling BpII, I might not be a good helper to your plea.
