Starting to wonder if this may be the root of my problems. I've started making a sleep diary as per it's mention on the page. But so far the pattern is quite clear. Today for eg i woke at 2pm after sleeping for 13hours, i felt crap for the rest of the day, depressed, tired and lethargic. About 9pm i came to life, it's now 5am and i'm starting to get a little tired but i still feel quite good, in fact im smiling quite a bit and spent a couple hours after midnight doing some cooking.
For the life of me i can't get this same feeling of happiness and energy during the day no matter what i've tried to get a normal sleep time happening. Even if i don't go to sleep one night and day by the next night whenyoud expect me to be really tired due to not sleeping for 48 hours or so i still actually spring to life at night and can't sleep untill 5 or 6am.
I'm not on any AD's at the moment, but the difference between my depression during the day is amazing compared to right now 5am where i actually feel ok.
This post is probably pointless, but well i'm bored and there isn't much to do at this time of night :P
