well attomoxetine's metabolite is a KOR partial agonist, probably why it sucks as an AD.

you needn't take enough salvia to trip to get the afterglow effects.

there were also some opioids that had KOR activity (i think it increases mu analgesia or something - analgesia being differentiably from euphoria) that were discontinued because they hit KOR too hard and people felt 'disoriented' basically low level trip. i think savinorin A is quit eselective for KOR.
