quetiapine, MAOI, alpha2, yohimbe

just realized some people take quetiapine with an MAOI. its an alpha2 blocker. i think MAOIs downregulate presynaptic autoreceptor alpha 2s so risk of hypertension from taking yohimbe on an MAOI may not be as great as i feared. there is still some increased risk of serotonin syndrome
