Your heart rate speeds up when you stand in order to compensate for the drop in arterial blood pressure. The system is designed to keep cardiac output consistent to the tissues.
Your heart rate is almost always going to be more when you are standing up.
Imipramine is notorious for inducing orthostatic hypotension. Have you almost fainted when standing?
I am worried though, that your resting systolic BP is 160, the diastolic is also a little high.
Seldom.
