i am pretty interested if it implies that i don't need to take an anticholinergic forever for it to work.
i am trying to figure out if 5-HT1A partial agonism will help somehow. i could not interpret my response to buspirone, which is not ideal because with it's D2 affinity it is potentially dangerous, unlike the other 5-HT1A partial agonists i do not have uncomplicated access to.
the other possible option on my mind is strong antagonism of 5-HT2C receptors or inverse agonism, but i don't know if i would be able to find a drug i can tolerate with that action. drugs with 5-HT2C antagonist or inverse agonist activity do not seem to be very clean. one SSRI has it, which seems to be the cleanest 5-HT2C antagonist available, but SSRIs started the movement disorder mess for me.
