It would be obvious to say those are feelings of depression.Yes, good luck, I hope it works for you. It is a subtle agent and does take quite a while (personally at least) for it to reach a level that gives relief. It is less harsh than Effexor.
I went all the way to 120, though there are no studies that say 120 is any better than 60.
The one thing that you should probably be informed as a patient taking a SNRI is that if at some point you do decide to discontinue it, SNRIs are known to have a hard discontinuation syndrome.
That wasn't meant to say you shouldn't go ahead and I do wish you well when I say that.-- Jay
