Well, there's this index for which drugs with safety alerts issued are indicated with an asterisk:

http://www.fda.gov/medwatch/safety.htmThe above involve data collection, interpretation, and epidemiological estimation, so they are the net effect of the FDA drug surveillance programs.
The raw AERS (Adverse Event Reporting System) data are available for download here:
http://www.fda.gov/cder/aers/extract.htmYou'll have to do your own searching within them. I don't think they're sorted in any way.
