Well, i don't know the recpipe for pho exactly, but i haven't made anything vietnamese since i started on MAOI since they pretty much all need fish sauce or shrimp paste, which are both high in tyramine. So keep an eye on your BP, if you just ate.

I am not sure on sourdough, i have not seen anything conclusive, and it might be hard to tell because sourdough coudl have any sort of strain of yeast and bacteria. the specific strain has a lot to due with whether they produce significant amounts of tyramine.
