I've gained 20 lbs! And I'm not happy about it on several levels. The weight gain causes my knee to hurt more.
I'm trying to buy groceries that won't put 5lbs on my hips just by looking at it.....it really irritates me because I've always been so careful about eating low/no fat..
Thanks, Patp.s. it has really helped my anxiety and my low grade depression...
